FIRE element-Tuesday
As the first rays of sunlight grace the retreat, we gather to set our intentions while holding cups of heart-opening cacao on the deck as we immerse ourselves in the magnetic beauty of the Occitan landscape.
Following this soulful start, we indulge in a nourishing breakfast prepared by our talented local chef, vegetables harvested from the garden right here on our land. Organic of course..
After breakfast, we enjoy some leisure time, perhaps engaging in personal reflections or leisurely activities before our group session-tranquil sound bath experience while floating in the pool, allowing the soothing vibrations to harmonize mind and body.
Following this rejuvenating break, we gather for our group session, delving into themes of self-discovery, mindfulness, or holistic wellness, guided by Marit and David.
As the session concludes, we reconvene for a delightful lunch picnic, savoring a carefully curated menu that celebrates the elemental flavors of the day.
In the afternoon, guests can embark on a scenic hike in the magical area or those interested in history and culture can venture to medieval times, exploring the rich heritage of the local town.
For those seeking quiet introspection, the afternoon offers a perfect opportunity for personal reflection and contemplation in the peaceful surroundings of the retreat.
As evening approaches, we gather for another nourishing dinner, savoring wholesome dishes and have deep conversations.
The day culminates in a transformative ritual combined with a gong session, designed to guide us into a deep exploration of our souls and connect with our inner magic.

The retreat itinerary is meticulously crafted to nurture both you and the group-each ceremony and ritual is designed to help you embrace your authentic self and expand your heartspace.
Daily Intention setting Ritual-
We begin by tuning into the vibration of gratitude and setting our intentions for the day ahead.Heart opening cacao ceremonies- we sit in a sacred circle, ceremonially drink cacao connecting with the elements and the nawal of the day, and allowing cacao to guide us to an elevated meditative state.
You also learn about Cacao preparation to open and heal your heart.
Fall Equinox Ceremony- Creating a flower mandala as an offering to the earth serves to align, balance, and harmonize the three levels of consciousness: the physical, the spiritual center, and the heart center. Learning how to keep the mandala active .
Gong Sound journey -Through the vibrations of the gong and guided visualizations and meditations, you embark on an introspective journey, exploring the depths of your heart and discovering the abundance that surrounds you.
Clearing your home with quantum energies workshop-Explore different methods to clear and purify the energy of your living spaces and work areas, removing energetic blockages and leave with practical tools to maintain a balanced energy flow in your surroundings, enhancing your overall well-being and productivity.

Nestled in the heart of Occitanie, embraced by nature, our retreat property in Saint Jean de la Blaquiere—your home for five blissful days.It is located 35 minutes north-west of Montpellier FRANCE, 50 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from the Gorges de l'Hérault, the ZEN & SOUNDS SUD RETREAT AND TRAINING CENTER welcomes you for moments of pure bliss and relaxation.
The property is also equipped with an 80 m2 shaded outdoor deck, a very large overflowing swimming pool and an outdoor spa heated all year round. It's a nurturing haven where you can devote your time to nourishing your mind, body, and spirit, all under our steadfast guidance and support.

The living room opens onto a small shaded terrace with a view of the swimming pool.

A double-occupancy Deluxe Suite with private bathroom and private terrace.
Very large bedroom on second floor, with it’s big bright private bathroom and private solarium terrace, and an exceptional panoramic view of Occitan nature.
This magnificent suite is equipped and twin beds with high -quality mattresses. Each bed is situated to provide privacy and comfort, ensuring a restful nights sleep. The twin beds can be joined together to form a large king size bed. And a small ethnic lounge where you will have coffee, tea and herbal tea.

What’s not included
Airfare: Montpellier(54 min) and Marseilles (2 hours) are the closest airports. You can also fly into Paris and catch a train.

The exact flow in which we visit these sites will unfold in the way in which the mystery reveals itself during our time together.

Mount Bugarach
This upside down mountain, which looks like the top has been broken off, has very strong energies. It is seen as a portal or star gate to other dimensions. It is a major energy vortex and connects to a network of ley lines in the area.
For those highly attuned to energy it will be interesting to see what you perceive. According to some sources this is the 2nd (sacral) chakra of the planet. Some have compared the energy to that of Mount Shasta even though they are not physically alike.
For an additional $333, Marit and David will lead you on a journey to these sacred locations, accompanied by guided meditations and ceremonies. However, you will be responsible for covering your own expenses for accommodations, meals, and admissions. The transportation costs will be shared among all participants.
